Dominic is a public service entrepreneur with a background in design and technology-led organisational change, strategy and leadership. He is passionate about the role of 21st century tools and ways of working in transforming our organisations and our economy, acting as an advisor and thought leader to all levels of government. With senior leadership experience in government, Dominic has delivered large change initiatives within government, most recently leading transformation at Homes England as their first Chief Digital Officer. He was also founder and CEO of FutureGov, a UK-based consultancy that helped to bring digital and design into the heart of government transformation since 2008 that was acquired by TPXImpact in 2019. Dominic is currently based in Washington DC as a Fellow at the Beeck Center for Social Impact and Innovation at Georgetown University focused on enabling better governmental collaboration across all levels of public services in the United States.
