Philip Dobson

Philip is a Partner in EY’s Economic Advisory team, with 20 years’ experience of making the case for, defining and then supporting the delivery of major infrastructure programmes. An experienced programme director with a strong track record in programme delivery and business case development, he helped the West Coast Main Line (North) secure £2bn in funding and supported Irish Rail and Translink in securing £300m. Most recently, he led the business case for the MOD seeking approval for around £5bn as part of a wider £15bn investment programme, reviewed by HM Treasury, the Cabinet Office and NISTA.
