Ododo Ediagbonya

Ododo Ediagbonya is a public sector leader whose career has focused on turning ambitious ideas into practical results across organisational boundaries. At the Greater London Authority, she leads a diverse portfolio within London's adult skills and employment landscape, focused on delivering results for those who need it most.

With over 12 years' experience across local and regional government, including roles at the London Borough of Waltham Forest and City of London Corporation, Ododo has led programmes spanning transformation, implementation, governance and organisational improvement. She is particularly interested in what helps public institutions work well together, build capability and deliver change that lasts.

Ododo leads with curiosity, collaboration and care. Alongside her role at the GLA, she is an Associate Board Member at the Professional Standards Authority, which oversees the UK's health and social care regulators, and serves as an usher at her local church.
