Koyejo Olugbile

Koyejo Olugbile is Acting Sustainable Transport Coordinator at Falkirk Council, leading work across sustainable and active travel, public transport and electric vehicle infrastructure. An engineer by background, he has progressed from technical and project delivery roles into leading people, partnerships and complex programmes that depend on influence across organisational and professional boundaries.

His recent participation in Falkirk Council’s Future Leaders Programme and Solace’s AMPlify leadership programme has sharpened his interest in how access, networks, sponsorship and organisational support shape who is able to develop and progress. He brings both professional and lived experience to this discussion, alongside a willingness to examine and challenge his own leadership practice.

In Beyond Allyship, Koyejo asks leaders to move beyond supporting inclusion in principle and consider how they use their power in practice. His contribution will explore whose potential leaders notice, whose voices they amplify, which opportunities they open and which barriers they are prepared to challenge.
