Alan Steeden is Director of People and Innovation at Brighton & Hove City Council. An executive level corporate leader his career has straddled local government and the avant-garde creative world — two places that have more in common than you might think.

He's interested in building learning organisations where curiosity, inclusion and experimentation thrive, and where people and communities feel empowered to change how things are done.
